Agent Fees for Preset Itineraries
Preset itineraries offer the ease and convenience of a complete vacation package, including air, hotel, transportation, and activities. You pay the retail price for your vacation components (BTW Travel never marks up prices), plus an agent service fee. It's that simple!

- Includes my suggestions for the best airfare, hotel, and transfers, as well as scheduled tours and activities for a well-rounded and complete vacation.
- Best for those who just need an idea where to begin in planning their trip, and are comfortable with booking their air, hotel, and activities on their own.

- More than two travelers: add $45 per person.

POLICIES, TERMS & CONDITIONS
- All agent service fees are non-refundable.
- Agent service fees are based per traveling party, where one lead traveler is responsible for paying for the entire vacation. Shared or split traveling parties (such as two couples traveling together) will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and may be subject to an additional service fee, either full or partial, depending on the party's needs. Contact Jodi for details specific to your case.
- Agent service fees are as follows:
- Concierge Service for Preset Itineraries: $150
- Travel Agent Service for Preset Itineraries: $250 (1-2 adults), +$45 each additional adult
- Custom Concierge Service: $250
- Custom Travel Agent Service: $325 (1-2 adults), +$60 each additional adult
- Agent service fees may be paid by personal check or through PayPal.
- The lead traveler will receive an invoice via email with payment instructions once the Contract for Services has been signed.
- A vacation component is any single item related to a total vacation package, such as airfare, hotel or vacation rental accomodations, ground transportation, guided tours, and visitor passes. A vacation package is the total of all vacation components put together.
- Any vacation component prices quoted by By the Way Travel, LLC on this website, by email, or over the phone are estimates only; actual prices may vary depending on when the flight, hotel, or activity is booked and through which website.
- By the Way Travel does not mark up any vacation component prices. All estimates are based on current retail value.
- Travelers are not obligated in any way to book the recommended flights, hotels, or activities as recommended by By the Way Travel, LLC.
- If you choose the Travel Agent Service, By the Way Travel will book your vacation components for you using standard consumer websites. In some cases, BTW Travel may be able to negotiate a discount with the vendor; this discounted rate is passed directly on to the traveler. Negotiated discounts do not apply to Concierge Service, where travelers book their own vacation components.
- A credit card is required to purchase all vacation components. BTW Travel does not retain credit card number information.
- When using the Travel Agent Service, you will verify each purchase before BTW Travel books the vacation component on your behalf. BTW Travel will not make purchases without your verbal or written consent. You will receive email confirmations for all purchases.
- BTW Travel is not responsible for any taxes, fees, or tips incurred while in your travel destination.
- Some accomodations require resort fees or city taxes to be paid, in cash, upon check out. BTW Travel will do their best to inform you of any such pending fees in advance, but the hotel/resort/apartment reserves the right to change or modifiy these charges.
- Travelers are responsible for providing tips for exceptional service. BTW Travel will do their best to inform you of customary tipping practices in your specific destination prior to your departure.
- BTW Travel is not responsible for unsatisfactory service resulting from travel booked under our recommendation.
- Travelers are responsible for notifying the BTW Travel of any complaints regarding their flights, hotels, or activities that were purchased on our recommendation as soon as possible. BTW Travel may be able to take action on your behalf to remedy the situation or negotiate some compensation, if notified immediately.
- BTW Travel is not responsible for any refunds or fees incurred in the event that travel needs to be canceled. Travelers are responsible for purchasing their own travel insurance.
